Forum: web Subject: HRRC.org Restoring a DMCA Resource

I have been doing research on the legislative history of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. The Home Recording Rights Coalition www.hrrc.org is often cited and linked to for this research. However, the site is now down. Without the Wayback Machine I would not have access to this resource which is really wonderful (and a reason why I support Internet Archive).

I have two questions pertinent to HRRC.org:

1. Is there any precedent for Archive.org or another organization republishing a defunct site using the Wayback Archive?

2. Are tools or services available that would make such republication an automated process?

Thank you in advance. And thank you IA.
